Public Works Department - PWD - New Contractors Registration A.NEW REGISTRATION OF WORKS CONTRACTOR: In respect of Class- IV Contractors, the amount of solvency certificate shall be fixed at Rs.10.00 lakhs instead of Rs.7.50 Lakhs In respect of Class- V Contractors, i.e, upto Rs.50.00 lakhs, the solvency percentage proposed to be fixed at 15% of the value for which the contractor submits application for registration.
